Equipment Transport Driver

Westside Equipment Co, LLC. continues to grow and we are seeking an experienced Equipment Transport Driver to join our successful team.

Responsibilities

Westside Equipment is now hiring a full-time Equipment Transport Driver, responsibilities include:

• Be flexible and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
• Support the efforts of other employees to ensure success.
• Safely load, transport, and unload dirt and aerial equipment.
• Perform Pre-Trip and Post Trip inspections on transport equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times and adhere to all OSHA/EPA/ANSI/DOT requirements.
• Maintain ability to handle job stress and effective interaction with others in the workplace.
• Work performed in a shop and construction environment such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
• Must have a DOT med card and clean MVR
• Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.

Job Qualifications:

• Clean driving record and valid drivers licence. Provide an MVR when applying.
• CDL is not required but preferred.
• Have or be able to obtain a DOT Med card.

• One years of progressive experience.
• Hands-on, team-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to offer solutions to problems.
• Critical thinking-using logic common sense to resolving problems.
• Flexibility to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Drug and Alcohol free work environment.
