Description: Growing Electrical Contractor company seeking a full-time Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Mange all aspects of the project development from start to finish.
• Coordinate with the Estimator, Production Manager, and Foreman regarding pre-construction and project progress.
• Help Foreman identify unsafe conditions and provide site-specific safety plans.
• Follow up with customers and Foreman and document project progress then report to leadership.
• Participate in all pre-construction, project progress, and production meetings.
• Review project plans and change orders with foreman and Production Manager.
• Follow up on material orders and delivery schedules.
• Read project specific documents including but not limited to, plans, specifications, submittals, bid documents, billing documents, and change order documents.
• Track project budget and expenses including material/equipment delivery.
• Complete pay apps and submittals for project billing.
• Submit change orders for projects.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• College or Trade School Graduate preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience.
• 3-5 years construction experience.
• Skilled in time management and prioritization.
• Ability to quickly organize a variety of communications.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience working in CMIC a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skill and follow up.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to provide eligibility of right to work in the US.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Must be able to work well independently.

Compensation: Pay determined upon hire based on experience.
